Published warranty terms
Joovv currently states that Generation 2.0 and 3.0 modular devices have a 60-day return period and 2-year limited warranty. The Go 2.0 has a 30-day return period and 1-year limited warranty.
Original purchaser requirement
The published limited warranty is not transferable. That matters if you are considering a secondhand device.
Used-buying checklist
Ask for the exact model, generation, serial information, purchase date, proof of purchase, operational photos, cable condition, mounting hardware and confirmation that all controls work.
